8 Male and 8 Female teams battle it out at each

of the 3 legs of the Sussex 7s Series in 2024

Competing teams are grouped into two categories

​

CORE TEAMS - These are the teams committed to playing the entire Series competing for the top place overall across three legs of rugby

​

The core teams include a mixture of club and ‘franchise’ squads, providing opportunities to find next-level talent in men’s and women’s rugby

 

GUEST TEAMS - Each leg has space for teams to enter as a one-off

 

This allows for greater access and opportunity for players to play around existing commitments

 

Teams do not have to pay to compete in the Sussex 7s Series
