The Sussex 7s Series rolls into its second leg at the vibrant Burgess Hill RFC - where the competition intensifies, and the stakes get higher.
Nestled in the centre of Sussex, this club brings a welcoming, community-driven club.
"Pain Train" are the host club's 7s franchise and are determined to build on their ferocious brand of rugby, as first-time hosts of the Sussex 7s Series.
Visiting teams will be looking to build momentum or bounce back after the Series opening, so every try, tackle, and turnover will matter.
Expect great rugby, cold drinks, tasty food, and entertainment on and off the pitch. Whether you're chasing points or just soaking up the sun, this is summer rugby at its best.
