Rugby 7s Elite - for the specialist rugby 7s teams

Rugby 7s Challenger - for the emerging rugby 7s teams

Rugby 7s Super Social - for the casual rugby 7s team (play and party at the same time!)

Touch Rugby - for everything rugby 7s has to offer (without the contact!)

Walking Rugby - the most inclusive non-contact format of the game

Rugby 7s U18s - for the next generation rugby 7s

2026 PRICES

Rugby 7s (All Categories) - £300 Per Team for the Entire Series (or £150 Per Leg)

Rugby 7s U18s - £100 Per Team (Final Leg Only)

Touch Rugby * - £300 Per Team for the Entire Series (or £150 Per Leg)

Walking Rugby * - £200 Per Team for the Entire Series (or £100 Per Leg)

* = Not available at the "Warm-Up Round" during the East Grinstead Sunshine Sevens

Please Note

Equal opportunities for male & female participation exists across all categories

Teams must have valid insurance for playing Rugby Union (and its 7s variation) in England, and provide their own pitch-side first aid

In order to be eligible for Series prizes, teams must compete in all legs of the competition

Under 18s (and those wishing to 'Play Up') must comply with Regulation 15 of the RFU for "Age Grade Rugby"

Touch and Walking Rugby will be mixed gender (adult only), and will be played in line with the England Touch laws and regulations (for Touch Rugby) and the equivalent Guidelines for Walking Rugby
