The Sussex 7s Series Grand Final is where champions are crowned and the competition reaches its wildest peak. This isn’t just a rugby 7s tournament, it’s the culmination of months of fierce competition, community spirit, and non-stop action across Sussex.

NEW Super Scrum Contest – if you have not seen it on social media, we have a BRAND NEW concept we are excited to launch in Haywards Heath. A competition designed for the forwards only (and FREE if you have a 7s team already in the Grand Final), read more about the “Super Scrum Contest” HERE
U18s End of Season Tournament – after feedback from the 2025 Series, we have decided to focus the Colts 7s Tournament at the Final of the Series. Entry fees for this are reduced. Therefore if you have not confirmed your U18s teams please do so asap HERE
Sussex RFU Women return from HQ – we want to take a moment to congratulate the Sussex Women who secured the Gill Burns County Championship Division 3 title. We are glad to have had several of the players join us on the Series over the past few years, and look forward to welcoming them on the Series again!
Katie Shillaker joins for the Trophies – local 7s super-star and Team GB captain, Katie will join us at the Final to celebrate Sussex Rugby and present this year’s trophies. Come and say hello to this fearless leader of the highest level of our sport.

TO PRESENT TROPHIES AT
2026 GRAND FINAL
We’re excited to announce that Team GB 7s captain Katie Shillaker will be presenting the Series Trophies at the Grand Final on the 11th July at Haywards Heath Rugby Football Club.
Katie is one of the standout leaders in international rugby sevens, captaining Team GB on the world stage and competing across the World Rugby Sevens circuit.
Known for her pace, vision, and leadership, she’s been a key figure in the growth of the women’s game and brings elite-level experience, having started her rugby journey here in Sussex.
This will make this year’s Grand Final presentation even more special, and we can’t wait!
